I am a little jealous of your hiking environment, with all the history that can be found in the "Old World." Hope you can find the words again someday, I'm sure you will. In the meantime, the pics will work!!
And beautiful pictures they are too - thanks for sharing them. They bring back some great memories of walking the Offa's Dyke path, but I was only passing through then - I didn't get to know it as intimately as you do.
In answer to your question you left on my blog, I am a lot of Welshness. My Dad's family are from Pontrhydyfen and my Mum's father is from North Wales (...so that probably explains my love of sheep and daffs. (also partial to pikelets, bara brith, leeks and rugby!!) My brother and I have good welsh names. Cymru am byth and all that malarky! :-)
Hey John. Thanks for the tour. I went out on the website you put out there for Bob Mc and found it interesting that it blew down. Must get some nasty storms that will blow down a rock building.
